Romey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Romey started their career as a Trainee at Thomson Press India Ltd in 1998. Romey then moved on to work at Aptara, where they held multiple positions such as Graphic Designer and Project Manager, managing educational book publishing projects and collaborating with clients in the US and UK. Subsequently, they joined Pearson Education as a Production Editor/Vendor Manager, where they played a crucial role in designing and implementing workflows and ensuring the quality of final printed products. Romey then worked at Macmillan-Publishing Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for account management, creating new customers, and serving as a consultant to other departments. Romey also worked at Hindustan Times Media Ltd as a Manager and at Classteacher Learning Systems as an AVP, where they focused on digital solution and product promotion and sales in schools and educational institutions. Currently, Romey works at Repro India Limited, where they have held various roles including AGM, General Manager, Associate Vice President, and VP of Sales and Marketing.

Romey attended IIPT-Nagpur, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Printing Technology and Graphics. This education began at an unknown date and concluded in 1998.
