Daniel Resendez

Daniel Resendez currently serves as General Counsel at Repsol E&P USA LLC and Repsol Oil & Gas USA, LLC, where responsibilities include providing legal support for oil and gas exploration and production in the MidContinent and Gulf of Mexico business units, with experience in Alaska and East Canada. Previously, Daniel held the position of Counsel at OXY USA Inc., supporting business operations across various units, including an international assignment in Colombia. Daniel began a legal career at Baker Botts LLP as an Associate in the Litigation and Oil & Gas Sections. Daniel holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
