Jose Luis Tornero

Jose Luis Tornero is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of the Upstream Technical Division at Repsol since January 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Russia BU Director, Libya Business Unit Director, and Asia Pacific & East Africa Exploration Manager at Repsol Exploración S.A. from October 2010 to January 2019, as well as Exploration Manager for Saudi Arabia at Repsol YPF from September 2008 to January 2011. Jose Luis holds a PDD from IESE Business School (2008-2009), a Master's in Industrial Organization from Escuela de Organización Industrial (1991-1992), and a degree in Physics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1984-1989).
