Ashley Dascoli

Ashley Dascoli (Kitchell) is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in financial systems and internal audit. Currently serving as Associate Director of Workday and Internal Audit at Republic Airways since August 2017, Ashley has held progressive roles including Senior Manager of Financial Systems and Controls and Manager of Finance Information Systems, leading the finance team for Workday implementation. Prior experience includes serving as AVP of Accounting Systems at Home Point Financial, where responsibilities encompassed Workday Financials System administration, and various financial reporting and consolidation positions at prominent firms such as Simon Property Group, Interpublic Group, and Deloitte. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
