Chad Pulley

SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Republic Airways

Joined Republic Airways in July 2018 as Associate General Counsel before transitioning to Vice President and General Counsel in 2020 to lead codeshare relations, regulatory matters and government affairs for the airline. Prior to Republic, Chad was lead counsel for Carrier's multi-billion-dollar North America Residential HVAC business, including secretary and lead attorney for its strategic joint venture. There he served as a strategic advisor for its leadership, managed regulatory matters with outside counsel, provided support for ethics and compliance issues and led strategic sourcing and development initiatives. Chad also was assistant general counsel at Allegion in Carmel, Ind., and corporate counsel for Ingersoll Rand after starting his legal career as a senior associate attorney for Riley Bennett and Egloff in Indianapolis. Chad graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis — Kelley School of Business and earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law — Indianapolis.
