Nicki Robinson

Nicki Robinson has worked at Republic Airways since October 2012, starting as a Crew Reliability Supervisor and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager in Inflight Operations. With a focus on coaching, leadership, and supervision of flight attendants and base supervisors, Nicki oversees corrective actions and termination decisions to ensure consistency, fairness, and a positive impact on the operation and workforce. In their current position as Manager in Inflight Operations, Nicki continues to provide guidance and support to the team.
