Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah joined Republic in December 2017 after serving as Senior Director of IT Enterprise Application at OneAmerica. Prior to OneAmerica, Nirav served as ‎a Vice President of IT at Genesys (formerly known as Interactive Intelligence), leading their global IT department. He has led various application development functions from legacy systems in Cobol, Java, .NET to newer SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Pega and AWS.

Nirav earned his Master in Computer Science from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and later received a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University. He completed Project Management Professional certification and also is a certified ScrumMaster. He currently lives in Carmel, Ind., with his wife and their 6-year-old son.
