Thomas Gillespie

Thomas Gillespie serves as a First Officer with the Pilot Talent Acquisition Team at Republic Airways since December 2023, supporting codeshare partners out of Philadelphia and participating in Cadet and First Officer interviews as well as campus recruitment. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Pilot for High Exposure Aerial Advertising from May 2021 to November 2023, conducting single pilot operations to fly advertisements in various airspaces. Additionally, Thomas served as a Pilot at Optic Air for a brief period in 2023, conducting survey missions across complex airspaces. Earlier in his career, Thomas gained valuable experience at Enterprise Holdings, starting as a Management Trainee and advancing to Branch Manager, where responsibilities included customer satisfaction, employee development, fleet growth, and profitability management. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Sales from The University of Alabama and completed training at ATP Flight School.
