Eleonore Tacher-Hirooka

Eleonore TACHER-HIROOKA is an experienced IT Division Manager at the Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) since September 2018. Prior roles include Project Manager at Redsen Consulting, where responsibilities included missions for the Etat de Genève, and a Consultant position at Sopra Steria Switzerland involving various missions with LDC, CdC, and the State of Vaud.
