Andy Kilgore

Andy Kilgore is an experienced IT Project Manager currently overseeing projects at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, where responsibilities include managing all phases of IT initiatives with a focus on continuous process improvement. Formerly, Andy held various positions at TDS®, including Manager of Content and Collaboration Services, where leadership of a development team focused on enhancing stakeholder collaboration tools, and Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for testing and risk communication in complex IT and finance projects. Andy's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Systems Administration from Madison Area Technical College.
