Andrew Fishback

Andrew Fishback is currently the Vice President, Mortgage Compliance Officer at Republic Bank since January 2022. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation for almost nine years, holding various titles such as AVP, Compliance Manager and BSA/AML Compliance Officer, Compliance Supervisor, Vendor Relationship Manager, Compliance Coordinator, Adverse Action Specialist/Changed Circumstance Coordinator, and Setup Processor. Andrew is responsible for overseeing the Compliance department, providing guidance on regulatory issues, managing Settlement Provider Vendor Management, conducting compliance training, and handling state licensing requirements. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
