Ben Burch

Ben Burch has over 15 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Republic Bank since January 2017, Ben previously held positions including Commercial Credit Analyst and Personal Banker. Prior to Republic Bank, Ben worked at Greater Kentucky Credit Union from June 2009 to September 2016, where roles included Operations/Lending Manager, Branch Manager, Member Services Financial Representative, Accounting Clerk, and Teller. Ben’s accomplishments include leading a branch to record loan totals and achieving high indirect lending volumes. Early career experience also includes a role as a Payroll Specialist at UPS from February 2005 to September 2012, where efficiency in payroll operations was recognized. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky, obtained between 2002 and 2008.
