Jim Carr is a seasoned programmer analyst with extensive experience in COBOL programming, particularly on IBM iSeries systems, currently serving as a Programmer Analyst III at Republic Bank since March 2016. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Consulting Engineer at Humana for a brief period in early 2016 and held positions at NTT Data Corporation as a Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Jim's career in the technology sector began in 1990 at Humana Military Healthcare Services, where Jim contributed as a Consulting Engineer until 2013. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
