Rhonda Kaiser

Rhonda Kaiser is currently the VP BSA & Compliance Officer at Republic Bank of Arizona. Prior to their current role, Rhonda served as the VP Manager of Compliance & Construction Risk Management at Mutual of Omaha Bank. With experience in compliance and audit roles at various financial institutions, Rhonda has a strong foundation in regulatory requirements and internal controls. Additionally, Rhonda has a background in loan administration and has completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
