Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership and communications. Currently serving as Marketing Manager for Business Segments at Republic Bank since April 2008, Michelle leads a team of 15 marketing and communication specialists. Previous roles include a voluntary position as Director/Corporate Secretary for Anira Foundation, chairperson of the Marketing Sub-Committee for the Guyana Association of Bankers Inc., and local facilitator for both the University of Bedfordshire and the Australian Institute of Business. Michelle's career began at Republic Bank in 1999 as a Communication and Public Relations Officer, with additional experience in board leadership and temporary managerial assignments in bank marketing. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications from Bournemouth University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Guyana.
