Sachin Lele has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sachin began their career in 1994 as a Consultant at Navigant, where they advised clients on strategic structuring and restructuring matters for acquisitions and divestitures. Sachin also conducted financial analyses on intellectual property infringement and fraud claims. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as an Associate at Locke Lord LLP, where they drafted transaction documents, performed due diligence, and assisted in the creation of the firm's information technology group. In 2002, Sachin joined United Airlines as a Senior Counsel, where they advised executive level management on commercial transactions and corporate governance. Sachin then joined DLA Piper in 2003 as a Partner, where they managed and participated in multi-lawyer and multi-jurisdictional project teams for complex corporate activities and transactions. Sachin also counseled clients on risk management, compliance, and transaction structuring. In 2016, Sachin assumed the role of General Counsel at Republic Brands - DRL Enterprises, where they oversee all legal matters for the company's international and U.S. holdings. Sachin serves as the primary legal advisor to DRL Enterprises.
Sachin Lele's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Sachin also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in the field of Law.
