Anayeli Benitez

Anayeli Benitez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, training, and personnel development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors since March 2022, responsibilities include benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Prior to this role, Anayeli worked at Tyson Foods from January 2017 to March 2022, initially as a Learning and Development Specialist, where training needs across various levels were addressed, and later as an Associate HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment and policy administration. Anayeli’s career began at East Texas Staffing Solutions, progressing from Manager to Employee Placement Coordinator since July 2008, where recruitment and customer service duties were performed. Anayeli holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Panola College.
