Bosman du Plessis

Bosman du Plessis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bosman began their career as a Trainer and Coach at Waterkloof High School, where they focused on strength & conditioning and eventually transitioned into rugby coaching. Bosman then served as the Development Officer at Dumfries Saints RFC, where they were responsible for rugby development in the area. Bosman later joined the Scottish Rugby Union, first as the Positive Coaching Scotland Manager, leading a cultural change initiative across the rugby landscape in Scotland, and then as the Regional Club Services Manager, managing a portfolio of diverse rugby clubs. Bosman also worked as a Management Consultant at Independent Advisory Consulting, where they conducted research and provided insights for a non-profit organization. Bosman then transitioned to Sure Power Consulting as a Business Development Manager, where they utilized their Salesforce skills to improve sales processes and build system capabilities. Bosman furthered their Salesforce expertise at MarketSource Inc., first as a Salesforce Solution Engineer, supporting outsourced inside and outside sales programs, and later as the Commercial Innovation Team Manager, overseeing the technology needs of multiple programs. Most recently, Bosman joined LocumTenens.com as the Director of Sales Operations. Now, they work as the Director of CRM at Republic National Distributing Company.

Bosman du Plessis completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2001 to 2004.
