Erika Foreman SHRM-SCP, CDE has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Erika currently holds the position of Corporate Vice President - Head of Culture, Social Responsibility and DEI at Republic National Distributing Company, where they lead business initiatives and culture strategies. Before this, they were the CEO (Chief Empathy Officer) at #BiasCorrect. Prior to that, they worked at Rent-A-Center as the Director, Human Resources/Business Partner, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and business acumen. Erika also served as the Head of Global Workplace Inclusion & Diversity at Staples, where they implemented inclusive recruitment strategies and developed inclusive leadership principles. Erika has a background in HR management, having worked as a Human Resources Manager at Signet Armorlite, Inc. Erika has also held leadership roles, such as President of the Philadelphia Eagles Wives Association.

Erika Foreman SHRM-SCP, CDE holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Colorado State University Global. Erika has obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2019. Erika also possesses additional certifications as a CQ Certified Facilitator and a Certified Diversity Executive, from the Cultural Intelligence Center and the Institute for Diversity Certification respectively. Erika is also pursuing the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
