Ken Etheredge

Ken Etheredge has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent role as Vice President Finance at Republic National Distributing Company, they were selected by the CFO to restructure and standardize the finance function across 39 markets. Ken presented a strategy and roadmap to executive leadership, leading transformational initiatives for enhanced operating effectiveness and profitable growth. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance at the same company, where they were responsible for turning around the financial performance of the business and held full P&L accountability.

Ken also has experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as a Board Member at FORWARD CITY CHURCH INC. Additionally, they have a long-standing career in the United States Army Reserve, where they hold the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and serves as the Resource Management OIC for the 81st Readiness Division.
