Kim Bell

Kim Bell has over 19 years of experience in various roles within the human resources field. Kim is currently the HR Director at Republic National Distributing Company since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Dayco from July 2017 to April 2019. From October 2013 to April 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager at KeenanSuggs Insurance. Before that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager-Corporate M&A at Pexco from August 2005 to October 2013. Kim's career in human resources began at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA where they worked as a Human Resources Representative/Assistant Controller from April 2000 to August 2005.

Kim Bell received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and a DDI Certified Facilitator certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2019.
