Jared Jones

Jared Jones is an experienced operations professional with a background in chemical engineering and extensive expertise in mill operations, process engineering, and quality control within the paper manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Republic Paperboard Company LLC since January 2020, responsibilities include overseeing mill operations, ensuring safety, and managing boiler and wastewater operations. Prior roles at Republic Paperboard include Crew Lead and Production Engineer, focusing on problem identification and process optimization. Jared has also held positions at WestRock Company and SP Fiber Technologies as a Process Engineer, and at Xerium Technologies as an Applications Engineer, where contributions included root cause analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
