Catharine Ellingsen

Catharine Ellingsen is EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Republic Services. Catharine has been with the company since December 1996, when they started as an attorney. Catharine became Vice President, Deputy General Counsel in December 2008. In August 2011, they were promoted to their current position.
