Henry Jiang

Henry Jiang currently serves as the Vice President of Business Transformation at Republic Services, where responsibilities include enterprise strategy development and overseeing large-scale organizational transformations. Previous roles at Republic Services include Director of Sustainability Innovation, where the focus was on clean-technology and sustainability business models, and Director of Strategy & Transformation, leading corporate strategy and transformational initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Area Director of Business Development and Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation within the same company. Prior to joining Republic Services, Henry Jiang worked in private equity at Pine Brook Partners and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Henry Jiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
