Victoria Kennedy is the founder and General Partner at Seed to Harvest Ventures, a fund dedicated to investing in software companies founded by women of color at the pre-seed and seed stages. With over 10 years of experience in product and design, Victoria has advised more than 20 early-stage companies. Victoria serves as a member of Global Women in VC and as a Venture Partner at Republic, contributing to the sourcing of companies for the crowdfunding platform. As an advisor on the Fellowship Advisory Board for Visible Hands, Victoria also holds a position as PM in residence for current fellows. Victoria acted as a Partner in Residence for the inaugural cohort of Techstars Oakland and participated in the Recast Enablement Program as a fellow. Earlier experience includes consultancy as a Product Lead at BCG Digital Ventures and a role as Product Expert in Residence at Techstars. Victoria holds a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and has a certificate in Product Management from FirstRound Capital.
