Natalie Arch

Natalie Arch has a varied work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Natalie started their career as an Academic Coordinator at inlingua Quito, where they managed communication between teachers, clients, and administration and interviewed potential Foreign Language teachers. Natalie then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Voices For Children Foundation, supporting the executive team in structuring and defining hiring processes. Natalie also screened resumes and evaluated applicant qualifications. Natalie then transitioned to become a Full Time Graduate Student at Universitat de València. After completing their studies, they joined Allgenic Health and Wellness as a Human Resource Administrator, where they organized the HR department and recruited a team of professionals for allergy testing. Natalie also coordinated and audited multi-state payroll. Natalie then worked as an Executive Recruiter at Ascendo Resources, specializing in placing finance, HR, and administrative candidates. Natalie identified and tracked prospective candidates and clients, partnered with them to understand their strategic objectives and needs, and interviewed and assessed candidates. Natalie'smost recent role was at Reputation Resolutions, where they first served as an Executive Account Manager and then as the Director Of Operations. In these positions, Natalie formulated and administered company policies, reviewed achievements and discussed necessary changes, and reviewed analyses of activities, costs, and operations to determine progress towards goals and objectives.

Natalie Arch started their education at Palmetto High School, where they completed their secondary education in an unspecified year. Later, they attended Florida State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a focus on Child Development, and also obtained a Global Pathways Certificate. Following that, Natalie pursued a Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Valencia from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they had a brief stint at Universidade de Coimbra in 2014, where they continued their Erasmus Mundus Master's degree program in the same field of study.
