Erin Bruce has a diverse work experience across different industries. Erin started their career in 2010 as a Promotions Assistant at Fredericton Tourism. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Office Assistant and Bartender at Capital Winter Club. In 2012, they joined Salesforce as a Premier Support Analyst and later transitioned into roles such as Success Agent, Success Agent Senior, and Senior Signature Success Engineer (Tier 2), where they provided technical support and assistance to customers using Social Studio. Erin then joined 1440 in 2020 as a Customer Service Engineer before being promoted to Director of Customer Support and Onboarding - Reputation Studio. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager at 1440.

Erin Bruce attended St. Stephen High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, Erin went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at the University of New Brunswick from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Erin obtained certifications in Marketing Cloud Social Specialist and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in April and March 2016, respectively.
