Jamie Girouard

Jamie Girouard is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Reputation since April 2024. Previously, Jamie held the same title at Telesign from August 2022 to March 2024. At Quantum, from October 2015 to August 2022, Jamie progressed from Chief Human Resources Officer to Director of Compensation, Benefits, Stock Administration, and HR Operations, overseeing numerous critical functions including executive compensation and stock pool management. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Arrow Electronics, Global Compensation Manager at Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, and Compensation Consultant at TransUnion. Jamie began a career in human resources as a Statistics Lab Instructor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and an intern at eCollege. Jamie earned an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University.
