Tim Harris

Tim Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial contracting and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at RES Contractors since March 2024, Tim oversees a company specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fabrication, Civil, and other industrial crafts. Previously, Tim held the position of Site Manager at Eastman from May 2012 to March 2024, where expertise in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies contributed to the achievement of corporate goals. Tim's background also includes experience as Plant Manager at Exide Technologies, managing a battery recycling plant, and as Process Engineer at MEMC Electronic Materials. Tim holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University.
