Macer Green has extensive experience in client services and account management, currently serving as the Head of Client Services and Site Lead for utilities at ResQ since February 2017, overseeing all operational activities in the utilities sector. Previously, Macer held the role of Senior Account Manager at Parseq from October 2010 to February 2017, focusing on managing client relationships and developing long-term strategies. Early career experience includes roles as Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant at Prime Time Recruitment, where expertise in sales, marketing, and client needs assessment was developed. Macer possesses a deep understanding of both the Commercial and Public sectors, contributing significantly to client and product lifecycle processes.
