Robert Herman, MRICS has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Robert began their career in 1999 as a member and leader in various positions at AIESEC in Hungary. In 2001, they became an intern and then "Kompass" Project Leader at Schneider Electric. From 2003-2010, they were the Co-founder & MD of Monocikli Ltd (now part of Unicycle.com), where they established distributorship agreements with several OEMs from various countries, developed B2C and B2B networks, and exited in 2010 Q2 to a local partner of Unicycle.com. From 2004-2015, they were at Portico Investments, where they held various roles such as Executive Director - Regional Investment Director, Regional Acquisitions and Investment Director, Investment Manager, and Investment Analyst. In 2010, they co-founded and served as CEO of REscan until 2015. Lastly, from 2010-2013, they were Co-founder & MD of Auto Safety Hungary Kft, where they introduced and led the launch of collision avoidance technology in the Hungarian market, grew the distributions network to 15+ members, and exited in 2013 Q4 to ML System.

Robert Herman, MRICS has an extensive education history. Robert began their studies in 1997, graduating from Toombs County High School with a High School Honors Degree. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Corvinus University of Budapest, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration. During this time, they also attended Nottingham Trent University from 2002 to 2004, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate. From 1999 to 2006, they attended Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, obtaining a JD in Law. Robert also attended Corvinus Business School from 2002 to 2004, earning a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business and Economics. In 2016, they attended Singularity University for an Executive Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Coursera and Stanford GSB Executive Education in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
