Jon Temple

Jon Temple is an experienced facilitator specializing in community projects at Splash Projects since September 2022, where coaching and leadership development are key focuses. In addition, Jon Temple serves as a volunteer trainer for anti-poaching conservation efforts with the Zoological Society of London since August 2021. An independent instructor trainer with Rescue 3 International since July 2008, Jon Temple is certified as a swiftwater flood and rescue boat instructor trainer, as well as an RYA Power Boat 2 instructor. Previously, Jon Temple held various leadership roles in the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service from 1998 to 2021, managing fire safety across the county and obtaining advanced qualifications in incident command and hazardous materials. Additional roles include a ship security and anti-piracy officer in July 2011, scuba diving instructor with PADI from 1996 to 2010, and a commercial diver prior to that. Jon Temple's career began with the Army Corps of Royal Engineers, showcasing a strong foundation in leadership and technical expertise across diverse fields.
