Chrysten Davis

Chrysten Davis, as vice president of Human Resources, is responsible for overseeing the firm’s recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff as well as all office management functions.

Prior to assuming this position, Chrysten served as Distribution Associate, supporting the Research Affiliates client-facing team in their business activities and direct outreach efforts. Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Chrysten held positions in operations and business management at various firms in Orange County, California, where she was responsible for overseeing staff, recruiting, and team development. She was also responsible for office management and implementing the policies and procedures of the respective organizations.

Chrysten earned a BS in Family Environmental Science with an emphasis in marketing from California State University, Northridge.
