Nada Sami Bawazir

Nada Sami Bawazir, Ph.D., is an expert in research grants and national programs at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA) since October 2023. Previously, Nada served as Scientist I at Sirnaomics, Inc., where bioassays for oncology drug candidates were developed, leading to three targets advancing to in vivo studies. Nada contributed to pre-clinical oncology programs at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and gained extensive knowledge in cell migration and cancer metastasis during graduate studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Nada holds a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, a Master's degree in Biotechnology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
