Cody currently works as a Software and Data Integrator at Research Innovations Incorporated, where they bring dark data into light by integrating and synchronizing technology initiatives. Cody collaborates with program leads to understand and relay client requirements.

Prior to their current role, Cody worked in the US Navy, holding several leadership positions. Cody served as the Chief of Staff at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, the largest U.S. Counterterrorism base in Africa. Cody also served as Director of Operations, Director of Safety, and Quality Assurance Director for Maintenance, showcasing their expertise in aviation operations and safety.
