Full Stack Developer at Research Innovations

Ryan Turk's work experience begins in 2008 at the Congressional Schools of Virginia, where they worked as a Computer Technician. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting over 300 computers, managing file and DNS servers, and inventorying computer parts. Ryan held this position until 2012.

In 2014, Ryan took on two internships. First, they worked as a Judicial Security Intern for the United States Marshals Service. In this role, they contributed to the creation of documents for the Judicial Security Division and led meetings with department members. This internship lasted from June to August 2014.

During the same year, Ryan also worked as a Student Assistant Manager for Virginia Tech Dining Services. Their responsibilities included food production and monitoring the quality of food served to students. Ryan held this position until April 2016.

In 2016, Ryan joined Freddie Mac as an IT Generalist I. Ryan later became an IT Generalist II and then a Development Professional. During their time at Freddie Mac, they gained experience in software development. Their tenure at Freddie Mac lasted until November 2022.

Most recently, in November 2022, Ryan started working as a Full Stack Developer at Research Innovations Incorporated.

Ryan Turk attended Virginia Tech from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Technology. Ryan also obtained additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2016, and CompTia A+ from CompTia in April 2011.
