Dan Lesko

Dan Lesko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dan is currently working at AprilAire as the Senior Engineering Director, focusing on Product Quality & Reliability, Product Approval, and Lab Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Weber Inc. as the Director of Product Development and as a Senior Engineering Manager in R&D. Before joining Weber Inc., they worked at Whirlpool Corporation as the Global Engineering Manager & Master Black Belt for Dishwasher NVH & Structures, Quality Manager & Master Black Belt for Refrigeration, and Lead Engineer for NVH: Advanced Development in the Refrigeration division. Dan also has experience in Project Engineering at Summit Polymers, Engineering Manager at Brembo, Research & Development Staff Engineer at Stryker, and Engineering Supervisor at Tenneco. Additionally, they worked in Brake Systems Engineering at ADVICS NA and as a Test Engineer at Link Engineering Company.

Dan Lesko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Dan also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Additionally, they are currently a PhD student at Michigan Technological University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering - Engineering Mechanics. Furthermore, they are pursuing an MBA at Michigan Technological University.
