Heidi Hoffman (She/her/hers)

Heidi Hoffman has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being at AprilAire as the Human Resources Director since July 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at AprilAire from March 2020 to June 2023. Prior to their time at AprilAire, Heidi worked at Trek Bicycle Corporation as an HR Manager from October 2014 to February 2020 and as an HR Generalist from October 2012 to October 2014. Heidi also served as a Volunteer Committee Member on the SHRM Communications & Marketing Committee from May 2011 to May 2016. Additionally, Heidi worked at Duluth Trading Company as an HR Specialist from April 2010 to June 2012, at Deublin Company as an HR Coordinator from 2006 to 2010, and at J&Company as an HR Representative from March 2005 to April 2006.

Heidi Hoffman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. In 2014, they completed the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification program through the SHRM Learning System. Additionally, in October 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from SHRM, and in May 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
