Melanie Mack

Melanie Mack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in library services and customer support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Library Services and Key Accounts for EMEA and GB at Reprints Desk since December 2015, Melanie has a strong background in operations and customer implementation from previous roles at Infotrieve, where positions included Director of Operations and Customer Implementation for Europe, as well as various managerial roles. Melanie holds a Diplom Bibliothekarin in Wissenschaftliches Bibliothekswesen from Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
