Bruce Corbet

Bruce Corbet is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in project management and strategic planning within the energy sector. Currently serving as Chief of Party for the USAID-PNG Electrification Partnership Activity at RTI International, Bruce oversees a critical initiative aimed at enhancing electricity access in Papua New Guinea. Previously, Bruce held key roles at Cardno Emerging Markets and PNG Power Limited, contributing to significant electrification projects and managing large-scale power generation operations. Bruce also has a strong background in business development and corporate strategy, with leadership positions at Aurizon, BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance, and other prominent companies in the resources and transportation industries. Bruce holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Policy from the University of Calgary, and a Graduate diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
