David White

David White is an experienced executive with a background in technology and management consulting. David is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at RTI International, where they provide strategic oversight and leadership to the Technology Practice. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Battelle, where they defined and administered the organization's IT strategy. David also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Navigator Management Partners and as the Principal of IT Consulting at Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates, PC. David began their career in the public sector, working for the State of Ohio in various roles, including Executive Program Manager and Deputy Director of State Accounting. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale deployments, leading high-performance teams, and implementing innovative solutions.

David White has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management from Franklin University. David also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbus State Community College. In addition, they completed a course on Baldrige High-Performance Organization Series at The Ohio State University. David also obtained a certification in ITIL v3 Foundation from PeopleCert.
