Rose Feinberg is a Research Public Health Analyst at RTI International since October 2014, where research focuses on health system transformation, value-based payment in Medicaid systems, health care transitions post-incarceration, and maternal health for at-risk populations. Previously, Rose served as a Public Health Analyst at Tri-County Health Department and as a Public Health Nurse, providing care and education to families involved with the child welfare system. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where a manuscript on pain and PTSD was published, and an Epidemiology Intern at the North Carolina State Center for Health Statistics, focusing on maternal and child health disparities. Early career roles included managing health campaigns at The Advertising Council and interning at the National Women's Health Network, focusing on women's health advocacy and research. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duke University, a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies from the University of Pennsylvania.
