John Tate

John Tate is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in digital transformation and human resources programs at RTI International, where significant achievements include the expansion of the Global Short-Term Incentive Plan and the introduction of a historic bonus payout for employees. Additionally, John has served as a running coach, mentoring aspiring runners through various half-marathons. Previous roles at MetLife and other organizations involved leading digital transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and enhancing client experiences through strategic IT projects.
