Evan Tripp

Evan Tripp is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as Program Manager for Digital Transformation at Royal Canadian Mint since November 2020, after holding roles as Senior Project Engineer and Manager of Quality Systems. Additionally, Evan is the owner of The Oak and Owl Café in Killarney, Manitoba, which specializes in espresso, coffee, tea, and freshly baked goods. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Ljunghäll Group AB and Senior Project Manager at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc. Significant contributions were made as Vice President of Engineering at Cormer Group Industries, overseeing engineering, quality control, and production planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo and a B. Eng. in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University, complemented by a certificate in Aerospace Manufacturing Technician from RRC Polytech.
