Luke Muentner

Luke Muentner is a Justice Researcher at RTI International since April 2023. Prior to this role, Luke served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Minnesota from September 2021 to April 2023 and as a Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching Human Development and Family Studies from September 2017 to May 2021. Luke has experience as a Graduate Student Research Assistant and was a Doctoral Candidate at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work, also holding a Graduate Research Fellowship with the Institute for Research on Poverty. Luke’s academic journey includes a PhD in Social Welfare and an MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the same institution. Additionally, Luke gained research experience as an intern at the School of Human Ecology, University of Wisconsin-Madison from May 2014 to June 2017.
