Melinda Taylor has a strong background in international education and policy. Melinda began their career in 2001 at CEDPA, where they worked as a Basic Education Advisor and eventually became the Deputy and Acting Team Leader for Health and Education. In 2005, they joined RTI International as the Chief of Party for the Integrated Education Program. Over the years, they held various leadership positions within RTI, including Senior Director of Education Policy and Systems and Vice President of International Education. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of International Education at RTI International.
Melinda Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from Northwestern University. Melinda also completed a Master of Arts degree in International Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in 1999.
