Melody Cacas

Melody Cacas is an experienced professional in grants management and procurement, currently serving as the Regional Grants and Procurement Manager and Deputy Chief of Party for the STRIDE Project at RTI International since December 2013. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Senior Grants Manager, with significant achievements such as awarding grant projects totaling approximately USD 1.5 million and managing a grants program with a total funding of USD 5.6 million over five years. Prior experience at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems from 2008 to 2013 as a Sub-recipient Specialist involved managing sub-contracts with multi-funding sources including USAID, DFAT, and the British Embassy, as well as overseeing a consultant portfolio. Melody Cacas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Adamson University.
