Virginia Marks

Virginia Marks currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operations for Energy, Climate, Water, and Learning at RTI International, a position held since June 2020. Prior experience at RTI International includes roles such as Senior Manager of Project Operations and Operations Manager in Governance and Economic Development.
