Kim Arseneau currently serves as a Conseillère en acquisition de talents at Réseau de Santé Vitalité since April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Collaboratrice vie-carrière at the District scolaire francophone Nord-Est. Kim Arseneau holds a Master's degree in Enseignement ressources from Université de Moncton (September 2021 - June 2023) and a Baccalauréat in Enseignement du français comme seconde langue ou comme langue étrangère from the University of New Brunswick (August 2019 - June 2020). Additionally, Kim Arseneau earned a Baccalauréat in Kinésiologie et sciences de l'exercice from Université de Moncton (September 2015 - May 2019).

Vitalité Health Network is a regional health authority providing and managing health care and services in an area covering northern and southeastern New Brunswick. The Network is the only Francophone managed organization of its kind in the country and has nearly 60 points of service providing a range of health care and services to members of the public in the official language of their choice. The care and services provided include: • Community and home-based care and services • Acute care (hospitals) • Addiction and Mental Health Services • Public Health • Training and Research The Network has over 7,000 part-time and full-time employees, over 550 physicians and specialists, and over 1,000 volunteers. The Network’s 2016-2017 budget was $663 million. Our points of service are distributed throughout our territory, and include: • 11 hospitals: 5 regional hospitals and 6 community hospitals; • 9 health centres • 5 clinics • 10 community mental health centres • 4 Addiction Service centres • 2 Veterans’ centres • 11 Public and Sexual Health offices
