Rachel Christinat

Rachel Christinat is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and academia. Currently serving as an Avocate associée at Etude Schaller et associés since April 2018, Rachel specializes in judicial and administrative representation as well as legal counsel. In addition, Rachel holds a teaching position at Université de Neuchâtel, contributing to legal education since August 2021, and actively participates as a board member at Réseau hospitalier neuchâtelois. Previous roles include positions as Avocate at Frôté & Partner SA, Juriste at Centre neuchâtelois de psychiatrie, and several academic roles at Université de Neuchâtel, where Rachel focused on medical law research, teaching, and thesis supervision. Rachel obtained a doctorate in law and completed a CAS in healthcare management, further solidifying expertise in both legal practice and academic instruction in health law.
